Ingredients

  • 16oz Bowtie Pasta or Gluten-Free Bowtie Pasta
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • Place pasta into a large mixing bowl, and add in the oil, seasonings, and parmesan. Mix this up well to coat the pasta.
  • In the basket of the air fryer, evenly place half the pasta in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and repeat cooking time until the edges of the pasta start to brown.
  • Empty pasta onto a paper towel-lined plate and repeat for the remainder of the pasta. When repeating batches, watch the cooking time closer, they will cook quicker with the remaining batches due to the air fryer already being warm.
  • Remember these will crisp up more as they cool, so do not overcook them until they are hard.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Air Fryer Oven - If you are using the air fryer function of your oven, cook them at 350°F for 8 minutes on each side until they begin to brown.
Any shape of pasta will work but bowtie works the best because you can easily pick it up.
Shredded parmesan works better than grated.
Keep these in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week, do not freeze.
