Ingredients

  • 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix (15.25oz)
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted and Cooled (1 Stick)

Instructions

  • Use parchment paper to fit the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. It can be sprayed with grapeseed oil spray if preferred too. Set Aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • If you are using a Ninja Foodi use the wire rack and place this in the lowest position and then into the pot of the Ninja Foodi. If you are using an Air Fryer, place the pan directly into the basket of the air fryer.
  • Close the lid and air fry at 320*F for 17 minutes in the Ninja Foodi Air Fryer or Multi-Cooker. If you are using a different brand of air fryer, the time may have to be increased or decreased depending on how hot the machine gets. In order to be sure it's fully cooked in the middle, use a toothpick and poke in the deepest part and if it comes out clean then it's done.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  • Carefully remove and fully cool on a rack and serve.

Notes

Springform pans work the best for this, it's the easiest way to get it out as well.
Store the leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.
This can be cut in wedges or squares and topped with powdered sugar.
