Instructions
Cut the pita bread using a pizza cutter into 8 pita triangles.
Coat the air fryer basket with grapeseed oil spray and carefully place the pita triangles into the basket.
Coat each pita with grapeseed oil spray and add a dash of kosher salt, garlic powder, and parsley to each one.
Air Fry at 360°F for 8-10 minutes in a cold air fryer. If the air fryer is preheated, cook for 5 minutes. Remember to check on chips after 2-3 minutes of cooking time as the heat produced on all air fryers varies.
Carefully remove and serve.
Notes
Other herbs and spices can be used to your preference.Use room-temperature pita bread. If using gluten-free pita bread, reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
