Instructions
Begin by combining all sauce ingredients into a small bowl, whisk this well until the sauce is formed.
Set the sauce in the fridge while continuing to make the sandwiches.
Coat the basket of the air fryer with grapeseed oil spray.
Place the shrimp into a bowl and mix it with the Cajun seasoning, fully coating the shrimp.
Place the shrimp in the greased air fryer basket and cook in the Air Fryer, 360*F for 10 minutes, mixing it up during cooking time to evenly cook.
Once done, build your sandwiches by slathering the sub rolls with sauce, adding lettuce and tomato then topping with shrimp.
