Instructions
In the basket of the air fryer, coat it evenly with grapeseed oil spray.
Add in the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Mix this up well and evenly add the garlic salt.
Coat with grapeseed oil spray.
Cook at 390*F for 20-25 minutes or until your desired doneness.
During the cooking time and after, add additional grapeseed oil spray as needed to keep them crispy.
Notes
