Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Baking Potatoes (Russet Potatoes)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt or Sea Salt to Taste
  • Grapeseed Oil Spray

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing and slicing the potatoes. This needs to be very thin slices about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Use a paper towel to soak up any excess water from the slices.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with Grapeseed Oil Spray.
  • Place the slices in an even layer in the air fryer basket, coat them with spray, and a sprinkle of salt.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes at 400°F.
  • Rotate the potato chips and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400°F. (All air fryers tend to heat differently, if needed add 5-10 minutes to get crispy.)
  • Repeat this process for the remaining potato slices.

Notes

All air fryers heat differently, start with 20 minutes, if needed add an extra 5-10 minutes.
