Begin by washing and slicing the potatoes. This needs to be very thin slices about 1/8 inch thick.
Use a paper towel to soak up any excess water from the slices.
Spray the air fryer basket with Grapeseed Oil Spray.
Place the slices in an even layer in the air fryer basket, coat them with spray, and a sprinkle of salt.
Cook for about 15 minutes at 400°F.
Rotate the potato chips and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400°F. (All air fryers tend to heat differently, if needed add 5-10 minutes to get crispy.)
Repeat this process for the remaining potato slices.
