  • 3 Lbs Red Potatoes Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Onion Diced
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seed
  • Cooking Oil Spray of Choice


  • Begin by preparing the vegetables and cutting if needed.
  • While preparing, preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 360*F.
  • Once done, carefully coat the air fryer basket with a coat of cooking oil spray such as grapeseed.
  • Add all the vegetables into the air fryer basket.
  • Top evenly with seasonings.
  • Coat with a good coat of cooking oil spray.
  • Cook at 360*F for 20-25 minutes or until your desired doneness and crispness.
  • It's best to check on there after about 10-15 minutes to stir or shake up the basket.
  • Once done, serve.
