Easy Air Fryer Cake (Gluten-Free)
Make a delicious Gluten-Free Air Fryer Cake in just 35 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 Box Cake Mix Gluten-Free or Regular
- Ingredients for Box Cake Mix
- Cake Pan for Air Fryer 7inch springform pan
- Frosting and Sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Spray the pan that you plan to use with a high heat cooking spray if needed.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Cook in the Air Fryer or Air Crisp for the Ninja Foodi at 320*F for 35 Minutes or until when a toothpick is inserted in the center it comes out clean.
- As always, check the cake after 25 minutes to be sure it does not overcook as all air fryers heat differently.

Notes
As noted above after trying this recipe on multiple air fryers, 320*F at 35 Minutes was the golden time for our cake, it's best to start checking it at 25 minutes until you discover what the perfect time is on the machine that you are using. It needs to be golden brown on the outside and when a toothpick is inserted, it needs to come out clean to be done.
Additional Note - The nutritional information is only calculating the box cake mix since all of them have different ingredients to be added, such as oil, water, or eggs. Those would also need to be calculated.
