  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Room Temperature
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free or Regular All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips


  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.
  • Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Cut a sheet parchment paper to fit your air fryer basket.
  • Scoop cookie dough and place on top of parchment leaving space on both sides.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 300*F for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the basket and let sit 3-4 minutes before removing it.
  • Repeat for additional cookies and store in an airtight container.


If making these cookies the best option is - store the cookie dough in the fridge and make 5 cookies at a time to enjoy freshly baked warm cookies instead of making the whole batch at one time.
