Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Sliced the potatoes in half and lengthwise, then cut into smaller chunks.
  • Place the potatoes in a large bag and coat with olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and rosemary, and mix well to coat.
  • Coat the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Evenly place potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 360°F for 18-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender to cut. It's best to shake or stir the potatoes up about halfway through the cooking time and add additional olive oil spray if needed. ALWAYS check on the potatoes in the air fryer about halfway through as well as toward the end as every air fryer heats differently.
  • After the potatoes are tender, remove and serve with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • Repeat the steps for any additional batches.

Notes

If you prefer, the air fryer can be lined with foil or parchment paper but be sure to have the potatoes placed on the foil or parchment before starting the air fryer.  This will allow the foil or parchment to stay in place.
