Ingredients
Gluten-Free Pizza Dough or CrustSee Notes
1/2CupPizza Sauce
1CupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni
Additional Pizza Toppings
Instructions
Prepare the pizza dough as instructed on the recipe that you are using if needed.
Spray a 7-inch springform pan or a sheet of foil with olive oil cooking spray.
Place the pizza dough or crust on the foil or pan and shape to fit the size you prefer.
Top with pizza sauce, pizza toppings, and cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes in the air fryer. If you are using an already cooked crust, check on the pizza at 4-5 minutes.
Serve.
Notes
When making this with prepared dough, most of these recipes will make at least 4 pan pizzas, so additional sauce and cheese may be needed. Alternatively, you can also place the dough in freezer-safe storage and store the remaining dough. When ready to make additional pizzas, let the dough come to room temperature before using.Remember that all air fryers heat differently. If you are using a crust that is already cooked, check on the pizza after 3 minutes to be sure you do not overcook it.If you are using a pizza dough, a cook time of 8 minutes worked perfect for our pizzas. Be sure to check it though after 5 minutes to be sure it's cooking nicely.A nice coat of olive oil spray on top will get the crust nice and golden brown.
