Ingredients
  

Garlic Parmigiano Butter

  • 8 Tbsp Salted Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Parmigiano Cheese

Chicken

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut in bite-sizes)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 8 Skewers (Wood or Metal)

Instructions
 

Garlic Parmigiano Butter

  • Mix the butter, parsley, salt, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmigiano Cheese in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.

Chicken

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 4 minutes.
  • Unpack the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into 1-1 1/2 inch bite-size pieces.
  • Add the chicken and olive oil to a mixing bowl, and mix to coat the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to coat all pieces of chicken with the seasonings.
  • Add 7-8 pieces of chicken per skewer.
  • Place the skewers on a plate.
  • Line the basket with parchment paper or coat with olive oil spray.
  • Place 4-5 skewers in the air fryer basket, leaving enough room between each one to allow air to circulate.
  • Air Fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the skewers, and brush each with the prepared garlic Parmigiano butter.
  • Air fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  • The internal temperature of the chicken should be at least 165°F, continue to cook until this temperature is reached if needed.
  • Carefully remove and repeat steps for any additional batches.
  • If any chicken needs to be rewarmed, you can place all the skewers back in the basket and warm at 275°F for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Extra butter can be made to use for dipping if preferred.
If you use wood skewers, soak them in water for a few minutes before using and cut to fit if needed.
