Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • Grapeseed Oil Spray
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer on 360°F for 3 minutes.
  • Coat the basket of the air fryer with grapeseed oil spray.
  • Place an even layer of pumpkin seeds in the basket and add another coat of grapeseed oil spray on top of the seeds, then evenly coat with salt.
  • Air fry the seeds at 360°F for 15 minutes, occasionally check in on them, and shake the basket or stir them up with a wooden or silicone spoon.
  • Carefully serve and repeat for any additional batches.

Notes
