Instructions
Preheat the air fryer on 360°F for 3 minutes.
Coat the basket of the air fryer with grapeseed oil spray.
Place an even layer of pumpkin seeds in the basket and add another coat of grapeseed oil spray on top of the seeds, then evenly coat with salt.
Air fry the seeds at 360°F for 15 minutes, occasionally check in on them, and shake the basket or stir them up with a wooden or silicone spoon.
Carefully serve and repeat for any additional batches.
