In a large bowl, place the chicken thighs and pat dry with a paper towel.
Pour the oil and coat each chicken thigh with oil.
Sprinkle the seasonings, jerk, onion powder, and garlic powder. FInish by coating with the cornstarch.
Coat each thigh with seasonings. I prefer to use my hands but you can use 2 spoons to toss it as well.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a little bit of space between for the air to circulate.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 375*F for 9 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an addition 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 175*F.
Serve.
Notes
Depending on the air fryer size, you may need to cook this in 2 batches.If using skinless, boneless chicken thighs you can use the same cooking times. The internal temperature would need to be at least 165*F.
