- 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour or Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 8 Silicone Cupcake Liners
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Whisk in the oil, egg, vanilla, and milk.
Fold in the blueberries.
Using silicone liners, fill them all the way to the top. This recipe fills 8 standard size silicone cupcake liners.
Cook in the air fryer at 350*F for 10 minutes.
Let them cool for 2-3 minutes, then repeat for additional batches.
Remove from the liners and serve.
