Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Russet Potatoes Cleaned & Cut into Fry Slices - Peeled or Unpeeled
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Parsley to Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the potatoes into french fry slices, about 1/2-1/4 inch thick. It can be peeled or unpeeled.
  • Turn the air fryer to 400*F and let it run for 5 minutes to preheat.
  • Lightly spray the basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Place the potatoes into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Mix them well to coat.
  • Place each of the fries evenly into the basket, do multiple batches if needed.
  • Air Fry at 400*F for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking time if preferred.
  • Remove when done and place on a sheet pan in the oven at 220*F until the remaining batches are complete.
  • Finish remaining batches and serve.

Notes

If you prefer a higher smoke point oil, use grapeseed oil.
